Joining Latham Construction in 2004 as a director. Trade qualified in the construction industry with over 35 years’ experience in our sector.

Nick has led the construction team from humble beginnings to the well regarded profile held within our industry today.

Strong representation leading the construction team though numerous high profile projects has been instrumental in the ongoing success with numerous repeat client over multiple years.

Recent commitment has seen increased focus on assisting upper management to develop further opportunities from the base previously provided.

Currently engaged as CFO, Nick draws inspiration from the upcoming management team, while working to ensure Latham is well placed to make the most of its opportunities.

Brad has been in the construction industry for over 30 years, and with Latham for more than 18. He started as a builder and has worked his way up to his current role as GM.

This path has allowed Brad to experience most aspects of the building game and given him a greater appreciation of the team around him.

He is a strong believer in the value of communication for any company, and has sought to ensure that Latham is a strong performer in this field.

Kane completed his building apprenticeship with Latham construction and now has over 18 years’ practical Project Management experience in the construction industry both locally and internationally. Kane's experience includes overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of construction projects ensuring consistency with company strategy. Kane has excellent team building skills where cohesive teams are created allowing for operational efficiencies.

Kane's passion for communication and relationship building is one of his key strengths. He believes in motivating through example, promoting teamwork based on common goals, as well as building trust by integrity.

His approach is to plan, plan and plan some more. You can never over-plan. The ultimate reward is to see a client smile when their project is delivered.

Lauren leads our Quantity Surveying team, with experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects up to $30M+, residential developments, school renovations, and exterior works packages. With her team, she is responsible for estimating, contract and subcontractor management, dispute resolution and contract negotiation. She enjoys seeking the best value for clients through innovative solutions and smart methodologies, and works closely with Project Managers and site teams to identify potential improvements.

Having been actively involved with her local NZIQS branch since 2018, Lauren is passionate about giving newcomers to the industry the best possible chance of success. In addition to her role with Latham, she leads QSEP Auckland and provides mentorship to new Quantity Surveyors, working to support emerging professionals by providing networking and career development opportunities. Lauren is excited to be a key part of Latham Construction into the future, with a focus on continuous professional development of the Quantity Surveying team.
