Enabling works and roading to the new Apartment Buildings at the Metlife Beachlands Site. Works carried out include construction of new road, drive entrances , ground build up for pathways and underground services.

Construction consisted of:
a) Precast walls
b) Rib raft mid floors
c) Walls external and internal timber framed
d) Exterior claddings- Nu Wall claddings, Brick and Abodo weather boards
e) Internally controlled heating and cooling
f) Tiled bathrooms and kitchens
g) Built in joinery
h) Floors serviced via common lift lobby and staircase
